Scott Weiland was a great melodist and a true talent. I read on Wikipedia Weiland was able to complete his vocals for this song in one take. I know this is not the exact melody of the song and my phrasing is dragging a bit as it is from a long ago memory… I was about to mix a students lesson, and still had his mic set up so grabbed my phone and gave it a go! This was also one take.
